HOW TO ORDER DESK MATS

Most of our orders are fully customised with your logos and designs. We therefore prefer to handle all orders via email.

This includes the proofing process. For a quote fill in the form below.

Steps to follow for an order:

 

Step 1 - Get a quote or an invoice from us

 

In order to quote or invoice you, we need all your details including your cell number.

We need these details in order to quote properly including delivery cost.

 

Step 2 – Submit your artwork to us.

 

We prefer artwork to be as high resolution as possible.

If possible supply us with the following:

  • PDF, with layers all fonts converted to outlines or curves.

  • DO NOT SEND US CANVA PDF’S (Export your artwork to png form CANVA and send to us)

  • If you cannot supply PDF’s you can send us PNG files.  

 

Send these on email to sales@geckomedia.co.za

If your file is too large you can send to us on Wetransfer using the same email address.

 

Step 3 – Send us proof of deposit or full payment. 

 

We prefer full payment in advance on any orders less than R 2000.00 incl vat.  Our bank details are shown on our quotes and invoices at the bottom.

Step 4 – We send you a digital layout to approve

We will send you a proof (digital layout) before we commence printing.  You will need to reply to this telling us to go ahead.

 

Step 5 – We send goods via courier or you collect form our office in Woodmead, Johannesburg

FAQ’s:

 

How can I pay?

 

By bank transfer into our account. Our quotes and invoices show the details at the bottom. By credit card at our offices or pay online with a payment link.

 

Can I pay by Credit Card?

 

Yes, we have card facilities at our office.  If you are not in JHB we can send you a payment link from Yoco, this will allow you to pay by Credit Card online.

 

Do you customise mats with my design?

 

We certainly do, you need to provide this design to us.

 

How long does it take?

 

Printing time on 1-10 units will take 2-3 working days. (From when you approve the artwork)

More than 10 units will take a maximum of 6 working days to print. 

Delivery time depends on where you are based but normally not more than 5 working days.

 

Do you deliver?
 

We don’t have drivers but we do make use of The Courier Guy. We will quote you.

 

How long does delivery take?

 

Maximum 3 days to main centres, outlying areas up to 5 days.  

1 day to deliver to JHB, Midrand or Pretoria. 

 

Do you make custom sizes?

 

No, but we do stock the largest range of sizes in SA

 

What’s the minimum order?

 

One, we will print from just one unit, with your design or logo.

 

Will you check my artwork is ok before printing?

 

Yes, we check and make sure artwork looks of to print from. If we are not happy we will discuss this with you prior to printing.

 

What is a proof?

 

A proof is a digital mock-up of what the print will look like on the mat or mousepad.
